As a leadership communication expert, consultant, author, and lifelong theatre-maker, I help leaders develop the clarity, confidence, and presence they need to do their best work. My approach combines the craft of performance with the discipline of coaching so leaders can communicate with purpose, empathy, and impact.

For nearly twenty years, I’ve coached leaders across industries from healthcare and finance to higher education, tech, and global nonprofits. I support executives and teams as they prepare for pivotal conversations, articulate strategy, strengthen their leadership presence, and build cultures grounded in trust and accountability.

As a leadership communication expert, I focus on practical, repeatable tools that help leaders replace old habits with more intentional choices. I’ve worked with leaders as they navigate transitions and craft messages that land with impact. I partner closely with senior leaders to clarify their goals, strengthen team alignment, and build communication practices that support both strategy and culture. My clients range from executives leading large-scale systems change to leaders stepping into new roles. I also work with conference keynote speakers who need to do more than deliver information–they need to move an audience. That work draws on the same foundations: authentic presence and the kind of preparation that lets you walk on stage and actually be yourself.

My book, Before You Say Anything: How to Have Better Conversations, Love Public Speaking, and Finally Know What to Do with Your Hands, distills my coaching work into an accessible guide for communicating with more purpose and authenticity. I love talking honestly about the everyday challenges leaders face, and how intentional communication can make those moments easier, more effective, and more human.
