Innovationist, Danielle Kaynor Consulting

As an Innovationist, I bring a big dose of passion, energy & curiosity to my work. I have over 25 years of hand on experience designing and leading innovation journeys for organizations and leaders.

Over the course of my career, I have enjoyed collaborating with a wide range of clients – from CPG to food to high-tech to building materials, from Fortune 100 to start-ups to non-profits. I have a special interest in providing an “external lens” to my engagements, bringing diverse perspectives and analogous worlds to bear on innovation challenges. Based upon the new insights and connections that are made, leaders uncover unmet needs, imagine future possibilities and discover and embrace opportunities previously unimaginable to them.

In addition to my consulting work, I lead AMI, a non-profit innovation learning community that has been gathering for over 40 years. Born out of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), AMI is a multi-generational community of practitioners that spans industries and sectors, brought together by a shared focus on creativity and innovation. Through authentic connection and deep conversation, we learn and shape the field together.

I bring a wide range of creative problem solving and design thinking methods to my work. I’m a certified Foresight Practitioner by the Institute for the Future in Palo Alto and a graduate of the THNK School for Creative Leadership.

I am passionate about catalyzing creativity and seeing the spark in people's eyes when they experience a shift in perspective and imagine new possibilities. I love to travel with my husband and daughters. Exploring the world through their eyes shows me the future.
